Heritage Creek
Heritage Creek is a 55+ community in Warwick Township, Bucks County. It is located in the southeastern part of Pennsylvania. The community is located on a historic piece of land. George Washington’s troops encamped on the site before going on to cross the Delaware River at what is now called Washington Crossing. Heritage Creek was developed starting in 2000 and the first resident moved in during February 2001. The community consists of 402 single-family homes and 115 condominium units that occupy five buildings. The total population of Heritage Creek is approximately 950 people. The single-family homeowners are governed by the Heritage Creek Community Association and the Condos by the Heritage Creek Condominium Association. The Marquis Club and Spa is available to all residents. It includes the following amenities:
The two associations charge a monthly fee that covers items such as maintenance of the Marquis Club, snow removal, lawn cutting, landscaping bed maintenance, and the use of a management company. The running of Heritage Creek is also helped by many resident volunteers who give their time and expertise on various committees to help the community function effectively and keep monthly fees reasonable. Heritage Creek residents also help support a number of local charities and give their time and talents to raise money and donate other needed materials. The community has many clubs that residents join who have a common interest or heritage.
The Heritage Creek Golf Course is located adjacent to the community as does the Golf Club Estates. Homes in the Golf Club Estates are not age restricted and have no formal relationship to the 55+ homes and Condominiums of Heritage Creek. The golf course is a public course and is planned to eventually have 18 holes.
